This Italian truffle specialist is spreading all over the region: Avignon, Aix, l’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Baux de Provence, Saint-Rémy and now Marseille. Each shop stocks a wide choice of products, ranging from whole truffles to all sorts of delicious truffle-flavoured things, from white truffle tagliatelle and truffled Parmesan to flavoured crisps. Just the thing for turning an ordinary meal into a feast. Signorini Tartufi promotes the merits and virtues of the magical fungus and brings it into everyone’s culinary repertoire. Beyond a passion for truffles, «We celebrate our love of nature and the respect we feel for the whole truffle sector, from the truffle hunters and their dogs to the cooks in their kitchens,» says company founder Frédéric Dubois-Signorini.
