Clément Higgins and Aurélie Pauletto have opened a new shop in the Cinq Avenues neighbourhood. New place, new concept. The same cakes and pastries as in the 7th arrondissement shop, but also a select choice of coffees and some savoury snacks like vegetarian sandwiches and salads, a poke bowl, focaccia and the much-loved traditional jambon-beurre, a.k.a. ham sandwich. And for something that’s easy to take away and eat on the trot there are fruit cakes, butter biscuits, brownies and cookies.
