Christian Buffa, founder member and vice-chair of the association La Charte de la Bouillabaisse, is eager and impatient to welcome you to his restaurant on the Vieux-Port. It’s an institution in Marseille. Christian Buffa puts heart and soul into his Mediterranean cooking. Bouillabaisse of course, and bourride, shellfish, squid, grilled fish, and side dishes with summer truffle. His rib steaks are renowned and the desserts include a luscious soufflé Grand Marnier. You can eat out on the terrace, looking towards Notre Dame de la Garde on her hilltop.
