The Neapolitan food tradition awaits you here in green surroundings. The menu is short and firmly focussed on seasonal Italian produce. The antipasti and Neapolitan specialties like pizzas made with biga dough will wake up all your senses. The flavoursome bigas have original fillings such as sea bream carpaccio. The Inizio’s creator likes to put on a show, so diners can watch the Neapolitan chef at work in the kitchen, from the adjacent downstairs dining room or on a video screen.
