Annie Famose & Blackcode, already a fixture in St. Barts,
is moving to Place des Lices. Step through the porch onto a leafy terrace and immerse yourself in a fresh, elegant atmosphere open to the summer evenings. The décor oscillates between an Italian palazzo and a Mediterranean palace, with organically shaped bronze mirrors and a collection of raw ceramic vases and pottery... the place is all about the details! Le Bar sits alongside guest DJs, ready to turn up the volume. Dine on Chef Kawaï’s fusion cuisine before getting down to business: lobster yuzukosho, sea bass al pesto, sea bass carpaccio pesto, wasabi chips and crispy miso, and the much-talked-about grilled octopus and jalapeños.
