The Baïto restaurant on the Bodin wine estate in Cassis proposes epicurean dining in the open air with a view of the vineyards. It’s run by Warren Tejedor, who creates a relaxed family atmosphere around the Mediterranean flavours of the food. Tapas for starters, grilled fish from the day’s catch and matured meat are paired with the estate’s wines. The Baïto also does brunch and caters for events. When summer’s over, these are held in a heated nomad tent.
