Un cocon bistrotier pensé comme une maison de famille.

A comforting place. The three cousins, friends since childhood, couldn’t find the kind of place they wanted in Aix. So they made one, a genuine friendly bistro with friendly prices. It took five months to do the place up and now here it is, Les Galinas, with the family feel of a Provençal farmhouse. Inside or at one of the long tables outside, guests delight in the Southern French fare focused on traditional dishes for sharing, eggs mimosa, lamb tripe with tomato, cod fillet aioli and such. A short menu of classic dishes treated with faultless modernity. Friendly service and selected wines from around the world complete the picture.
