Driss Azzoug has two aims in life: to delight your palate and bring a smile to your lips. This cheerful cheesemonger likes working with suppliers who, like him, value work and family. Like the farm folk near Manosque who pamper their goats to get the best milk possible. He got his love of cheese from his mother, who was “always ready to get her teeth into a bit of Emmenthal.” He thinks of her now, when he’s about to open his third shop.
