The InterContinental opens its new culture space with Dots and Squares, an exhibition of works by Ced Vernay the modern-day Pointillist. While photographers and graphic designers do everything in their power to smooth out the hated pixel, Vernay puts it at the centre of his art. His pictures are formed from squares or dots punched out from glossy magazines, creating an altogether Pointillist effect. It's an original way to take art back from the computer's grasp!
