Noël Baudrand

Blue-chip value at Relais 50

Noël Baudrand, 44, has moved to Marseille where his fiancée Charlotte lives and has taken over from Emmanuel Perrodin as chef de cuisine at Relais 50. Born in Marseille, he grew up in Montpellier and Sète. He trained with Bras, Toulousy and Ducasse and calls his cuisine “a miscellany, with emphasis on the produce and springing surprises“.
