Nouchig

Met ses dragées à l’amande

Refinement, exclusiveness and rarity are the words that sum up Nouchig’s demanding standards. «We select our almonds from the famous Syracuse almond groves in Sicily and from Catalonia in Spain,» explain Christiane and Frédéric Zamantian, the brand’s founders. Syracuse almonds are long and flat, Catalonian almonds more rounded. Nouchig also sells chocolates made by award-winning chocolatier Fabrice Gilotte and a collection of fine spirits such as Delord armagnac. The shop packages its products in its own workshop, so Nouchig chocolates and sugared almonds come in packaging worthy of the finest jewels.
