After Paris, Besançon and Villeneuve-Loubet, it’s Marseille’s turn to host a Thierry Marx cookery school. The Cuisine Mode d’Emplois concept is doubly attractive as it is intended for job seekers registered with a job centre and also takes a new approach. “The school offers a free 12-week course for eight to ten trainees, teaching them the basics of the catering professions,” explains the Michelin-starred chef.
