You can find Jérémy Depieds in his food truck at the Saint-Victor market – or here, behind the counter at this very meaty haunt (with a decor courtesy of Pam) where carnivores tuck into fresh tartare or a matured T-bone or rump steak. The chalkboard lists slow-braised ox cheek with fresh gnocchi, calf liver with herbs, lean handmade sausage, and roast marrow bone with caramelised onions and herby mustard. At lunchtime the ambience is quiet and relaxed; in the evening there’s leisurely laughter.
