Twenty-six-year-old Eric Maillet fell in love with this place at first sight: an attractive 80m2 dining room with adjoining garden, away from the bustle of Rue Breteuil. It inspired him; he imagined it as a place where citrus flavours would be a guiding theme. The Mediterranean menu showcases the region’s produce and highlights the work of its producers. No luxury ingredients, but every day produce glorified by the skill of a chef whose sole aim is his customers’ satisfaction.
