The famous pastry cook has opened a branch in the historic centre of Aix-en-Provence. The ochre tones of Provence provide the setting for macarons, chocolates, cakes, jam and ice cream that will delight the most fastidious gourmet. And a surprise, a creation inspired by the town itself: the Macaron Infiniment Calisson d’Aix. The biscuit, crunchy at first, soft inside, enfolds a smooth cream tasting of almonds, candied melon and candied orange. This variation on the famous calisson is an absolute must.
