Eugénie opened her traditional bistro not long ago. It boasts a nice terrace and a selection of natural wines to match her vision of contemporary gastronomy: simple, subtle and unabashed. The chalkboard proposes two starters, two mains and two desserts. Come evening, it’s a decent bottle for aperitif and food sharing among friends. The place already has its faithful regulars, largely thanks to Giovanni Graziani in the kitchen. He used to work for Robuchon and he calls his cuisine «Grandma’s bistronomic cooking».
