Talent and emotion. After eight years as a roaming chef, Céline Pham set her sights on an 18th-century former chapel in Arles. She’s put it through a major renovation and decorated it in rustic style; guests sit at big solid wood tables indoors and out. Céline Pham’s nostalgic Vietnamese-inspired cuisine, featuring original but always well balanced flavours, attracts diners from the whole region and beyond.
