Californian frozen yogurts landed in Aix this summer, delicious, healthy and humanitarian. Pleasure and generosity in every spoonful!
It all began on a Los Angeles beach. Californian Kylie Schuyler was dreaming of French elegance and refinement, while Danielle Ahajot, raised in an ambience of relaxed chic in Cannes and Paris, was loving the vast beaches and breakers. And they were both hooked on iced yogurt. So they decided to start of line of their own, with six flavours, fat-free for guiltless guzzling. The result is California Bliss, a perfect fusion of laid-back West Coast style and French sophistication. Kylie and Danielle chose Aix-en-Provence for their frozen yogurt bar, creating a setting as relaxed as Malibu beach and as warm as a French bistro for the luscious, healthy recipes dreamed up by Ronan Kernen, chef at the Côté Cour, no less! But there's more to this story: 100% of the brand's profits go to Global Girls Rising, a charity that Kylie founded in 2011. She's convinced that women have the will to change the world in positive ways and aims to transform the lives of girls aged 10 to 16 living in tough conditions by giving them the means to study.
