Charlet-Biaggi

Two men and a restaurant

Frédéric Charlet and Laurent Biaggi made a big hit with their Bistro du Cours and in December they bought Les Gamins, the restaurant next door to it. They want to make it a wine-bar-with-serious-snacks. “There will be ten small starters on the menu but I wouldn’t call them tapas,” says Charlet. There will be a chef in the kitchen and a sommelier to manage the 150-odd wines on the list, which will mostly be natural wines. It should open in April or May and service will start at 6pm.
