Les Sud’Crés

Let’s not forget the sweet side.

You may have heard of Gourméditerranée, the club formed by local chefs to promote the gastronomic identity of Marseille and Provence. Now we have Les Sud’Crés, formed by fifteen Marseille pastry chefs and chocolatiers determined to promote the region’s talents on the sweet side. It’s led by Clément Higgins and such notable cooks as Sylvain Depuichaffray, Claude Krajner and Christopher Bignon. Sud’Crés is planning annual events at significant dates (Christmas, Easter, 14 March) and around chosen themes (such as citrus fruit) to get together, meet people and talk.
