Le Parpaing qui flotte

  • Vie de quartier

 LES parparins

We’ve fallen for this bistro with its flea-market heirloom atmosphere, a roomy 110 comprising terrace, dining room and patio. The evening menu includes oysters with olive oil, chives, spring onions, lemon juice and grated cumbawa on a bed of coloured gros sel (€10 for five). Or maybe you’ll pick the Teriyaki beef marinated in soy sauce, ginger, sugar and lime, one of chef Jérémy Magnan’s specialities. This is a real neighbourhood bistro, the kind we’re always looking for.
