Gérald Passedat is passionate about the countries and peoples of the Mediterranean. Since 2015 he has been inviting the stars of Mediterranean gastronomy to his Môle Passedat restaurants in the MuCEM building. After Lebanon, Italy and Morocco, this year it’s Turkey’s turn, as Aylin Yazicioglu presents his contemporary slant on fish, seafood, spices and vegetables with recipes created especially for the occasion: a set menu at La Table, a dish at La Cuisine and in the Café, a sandwich at the Kiosque, and a cookery class.
