Enjoy Mediterranean cuisine in a convivial setting, with dishes alternating daily between land and sea, as inspiration allows (Cannon of lamb with tzatziki sauce and socca in a tartlet; Grilled octopus with ink jus and chickpeas; Pearly flank steak tagliata; Red fruit coulis, vanilla cream with fresh peach centre; Passion fruit millefeuille). Starting at sunset every evening, the bartenders mix up cocktails that only they know the secret of, to sip in a jazzy, chill or more festive atmosphere that will carry you through to dusk.
