The Majestic beach has long since outgrown its role as a seaside attraction. Guests may come here to soak up the sun, but they can also enjoy a festive evening with ‘Les Soirées BFire by Mauro Colagreco’, a Michelin-starred chef on the Côte d’Azur. Every evening from 6 pm this summer, this chic, laid-back spot will transport you to a casual, bohemian ambience, set to the beat of the resident DJ’s electro sounds. The menu features tapas prepared by the chef, accompanied by spicy tequila-based cocktails. Mauro Colagreco is also on hand for lunch, as the man behind the Mirazur restaurant in Menton is also behind the ‘BFire’ concept, inspired by Argentinian barbecue asado, a speciality in his home country. At BFire, you can look forward to grilled octopus with Vizcaina sauce, wood-fired king prawns, or golden cockerel with lemon basil, smoked paprika, devil’s sauce and more.
