With its relaxed vibe and natural, marine-inspired setting, Byblos Beach invites you to get away from it all beside the sea in stunning Pampelonne. Authentic and elegant, with solid wood deckchairs, exclusive beds, redwood tables, and signature openwork rope parasols. The beach restaurant offers charming cuisine with a Mediterranean flavour: Chef Kevin Pasquet favours local producers and sublimates his recipes with herbs, fruit, and flowers from the Byblos’ kitchen garden. Salads, vegetarian dishes, fine carpaccios and fish tartars enrich the menu. And, of course, grilled meats from the Green Egg barbecue or catch of the day, including spiny lobster and lobster from the fish tank. The bar is the place to come at sunset for cocktails of the day, exclusive rosé wines from Domaine Ott Clos Mireille, champagnes... and a light tapas menu to share on the sand until 9 pm.
